Discount Card Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Girls in Cornwall Discount Card is available to those who purchase it via the Girls in Cornwall website only.

• By signing up, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Card Use

• The Discount Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name appears on the card.

• The card must be presented at participating businesses or an original photo of the front and back of the card should be sent the business online to receive discounts or offers. The method of verification is provided by each company on their business listing on the Girls in Cornwall website.

3. Participating Businesses

• Discounts and offers are provided at the discretion of participating businesses and may vary.

• Girls in Cornwall is not responsible for any changes to offers or discounts made by participating businesses.

• A current list of participating businesses can be found on the Girls in Cornwall website and is subject to change without notice.

4. Discounts and Offers

• Discounts and offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated by the participating business.

• The cardholder is responsible for checking the validity of offers and any specific terms and conditions imposed by the participating business.

5. Card Validity

• The Discount Card is valid for one year, an expiry date is available on the back of the card.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Girls in Cornwall do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen cards. If you require a new card this should be purchased as normal.

7. Termination

• Misuse of the card may result in termination of the cardholder’s privileges.

8. Liability

• Girls in Cornwall is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Discount Card or participation in the program.

• Girls in Cornwall does not guarantee the availability of any discount or offer at any participating business at any given time.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Girls in Cornwall reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Girls in Cornwall website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the sign-up process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on our website for more details.
